ARRIVAL

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving early will allow for a thorough skin analysis and a determination of the required customized treatment to promptly commence at the scheduled time.

LATE ARRIVAL

Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician's care. Your safety is important to us. Conditions such as pregnancy, circulation problems, heart ailments, etc. are of special interest to us at Forever Radiant. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure the desired dates and times are available. Appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment. You will be contacted 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time to confirm your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to call or show for appointments will result in a 20% charge of the missed reserved service(s). This charge will be applied at your next visit should you continue to want the services offered by Forever Radiant.

VALUABLES

Forever Radiant will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost valuables while at Forever Radiant.
